EIS ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Pocket Property 4 mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy outlines our operational architecture regarding user data, permissions, and network communications when using our Service.

SELF-HOSTED DATA ARCHITECTURE

Direct Server Transmission: Pocket Property 4 functions strictly as a client application that connects directly to self-hosted servers designated and operated by you or your organization.

We do not operate centralized intermediary servers for application data, nor do we collect, receive, store, or transmit your personal information, user PINs, action timestamps, or media files to EIS.

All interaction logs, authentication data (such as PINs), event timestamps, and uploaded media are transmitted directly to your designated endpoint. Data ownership, management, and retention are governed by the policy of your server administrator or organization.

DEVICE & HARDWARE PERMISSIONS

To provide essential functionality without relying on central third-party infrastructure, Pocket Property 4 requests access to specific hardware capabilities on your device:

Camera Access: Used via the "Add Media" feature to capture photos. Captured media files are uploaded directly to your configured self-hosted server and are never processed or retained by us.
Storage & Media Access: Used to temporarily cache captured media prior to server transmission, load user-selected files, and store local connection configurations on your device.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & ANALYTICS

The app contains no third-party tracking software, advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics engines, or external telemetry tools. All network traffic remains strictly between your mobile device and your configured self-hosted server endpoint.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Because our application does not collect, store, or share personal data from any user, we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect functional updates to the app. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
